Unsure when you can come in, have a vacation, work, or other commitments to work around. Chose the punch pass to give you more flexibility during your summer. Come to any 10 Volleyball classes during either session.
This Summer improve YOUR Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance AND Accuracy. CrossFit ISO will incorporate weightlifting, aerobic capacity, mobility, and rest into your training with our coaching experts.
Session 1: June 10-28
Session 2: July 8-26
Schedule will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:15 am to 8:45 am. Drop offs can start at 7:00 and class will begin promptly at 7:15, please arrive on time.
